Raleigh doesn't want to be Atlanta

The question is: Do we want to be Raleigh?

Time Magazine has an article on Raleigh's comprehensive plan and all the problems they now face in regard to traffic and sprawl. Winston-Salem and Forsyth County are still at a point where we can avoid that fate.
